Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2025
This policy describes the personal information Arcade Spin (the "Site") handles, why it handles it, and the controls available to you.
1. What we hold
- Browser-only records. Age confirmation, virtual coin balance, and the cookie choice are written to local storage on the current device. They do not reach our servers unless you specifically share them with us.
- Connection logs. Standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent string, referring page, timestamp) generated when the browser contacts the Site.
- Aggregate analytics. Anonymised statistics such as page views and visit duration, recorded only after you accept analytics cookies.
- Inbound messages. If you write to support or fill in the contact form, the email address and message body are kept on file.
2. Why we hold it
- To run, maintain, and protect the Site.
- To uphold the 21-and-over restriction.
- To reply to inbound messages and resolve issues.
- To detect abuse and uphold these Terms.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with vetted infrastructure partners (hosting and analytics) under written contract, or where the law specifically requires disclosure.
4. Cross-border processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) in place.
5. The rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or limit the processing of personal data, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected].
6. Retention windows
Connection logs are kept for up to 12 months. Inbound support messages are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Minors
The Site is for adults aged 21 and over only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age. If you believe a minor has used the Site, contact us so we can remove any related records.
8. Changes
We may revise this policy. The "Last updated" date above marks the most recent revision.
